• In the past, the Buddh International Circuit was initially intended to host a round of the 2013 Superbike World Championship. However, this particular race had to be cancelled due to operational charges associated with the circuit.
• The race will be conducted on the Buddh International Circuit, situated in Dankaur near Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This circuit has a length of 4.970 kilometres (approximately 3.088 miles) and was designed by the renowned German architect Hermann Tilke.
