Q1. Recent trends show that customers across the country prefer ethical companies. As a result ethics itself has become a selling point or a component of a corporate image. In this light, comment on how a company must have ethical marketing policies to guide their pricing, advertising, research, and competitive strategies.

Q2.Selflessness is one of the foundational values of public service. But there are grey areas and situations where a civil servant maybe left with no choice but to compromise in order to survive. Comment on whether and/or to what extent can a civil servant serve ‘selflessly’.
